TM MASH has enough experience at engineering of industrial and energy projects. Often our design department upgrade foreign documentation to Russian standard. It’s necessary for legal working in Russia. Find more information about our project activity at  «Engineering».

TM MASH solved a lot of non-typical task like:

• Researching and manufacturing exhaust gas heat exchangers for Wartsila diesel genset. At this project we produced heat exchangers with very low level of back pressure
• Researching and manufacturing exhaust gas heat exchangers for Jenbacher gas genset which situated over the container
• Installation heat recovery exchangers of jacket water at already existing and operated container with a diesel generator
• Researching and manufacturing exhaust gas heat exchangers for Cummins gas genset that was installed in place of the failed heat exchanger of another manufacturer. The main task was to produce equipment at the same dimensions.
• Reconstruction (including replacement of the material) and manufacture of a refrigerant evaporator instead of a foreign-made heat exchanger with saving all the dimensions and connecting dimensions for the refrigeration unit

Manufacturing

TM MASH manufacturing facilities consist 1200 square meters. We have all necessary tools like:

• Air-plasma cutting machine with CNC
• Saw Machine
• Rollers
• Radial drilling machines
• Assembly section
• Semi-automatic welding stations
• Argon welding stations
• Paint station
• Bench for hydraulic testing
• 10t crane
• Warehouse of materials and finished products

TM MASH has all necessary tools and high-level staff for developing and manufacturing all energy equipment without involving other organizations. We also have the necessary amount of basic materials, which allows us to quickly produce urgent orders — the manufacturing term for industrial silencers can be from 4 working days.
